Steps To Change Password On Yahoo!
1. Log in to your Yahoo! Mail account
2. Click OPTIONS
3. Click ACCOUNT INFORMATION
4. Enter your password again and click SIGN IN
5. Click the CHANGE PASSWORD link, located near the top of the page
6. Enter your CURRENT PASSWORD in the space provided
7. Type your NEW PASSWORD
8. Confirm your NEW PASSWORD by typing it again
9. Click SAVE button to put your new password into effect
10.Click to RETURN TO YAHOO and click ACCOUNT INFORMATION
11.Click FINISHED to save changes in ACCOUNT INFORMATION and back to Yahoo! Mail
Tips
- After changing password, your Yahoo! Mail will receive a new mail from system informing changes.
- For security in password changing process, Yahoo! reqires password to continue, use CURRENT PASSWORD before step 9 and NEW PASSWORD after step 9.
- Your Yahoo! password always applies to your entire Yahoo! account. This means that it is valid not only for Yahoo! Mail, but also for Yahoo! Messenger, the Yahoo! Music Engine, My Yahoo!, Yahoo! Finance, and all of Yahoo! other personalized services.
